Can I wash my Scrunchie?
Yes, but gently! Handwash in cool water and mild soap. Let air dry
How long is an Order Processing Time?
Orders will be processed within 3 business days (not including weekends or holidays)
When will my order arrive?
US and Canada orders- please allow for 8-21 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for orders to arrive
International orders- please allow 14-21 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for orders to arrive.
Due to unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays out of the hands
of Sassy Cat Scrunchie Co, (ie delays in USPS, etc) we can only estimate
shipping times.
Duty, Taxes and Customs- The customer is responsible for any and all duty, taxes or customs fees applied to international orders. Sassy Cat Scrunchie Co is not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred to ship internationally.
